Welcome to the Foothill Chapter of the International Code Council

The Foothill Chapter of the International Code Council (ICC) represents the interests of code officials throughout Southern California, primarily in communities located along the foothills of the San Gabriel and San Bernardino Mountains. Established in 1951, the Chapter is a nonprofit professional association comprised of counties, cities, and individuals engaged in the development, enforcement, and administration of building codes and related ordinances.

Its membership includes both governmental and associate members, such as building officials, inspectors, architects, structural engineers, and other professionals dedicated to promoting safe, resilient, and code-compliant buildings within their communities.
