Welcome to the Foothill Chapter of the International Code Council

The Foothill Chapter of the International Code Council (ICC) is an organization which represents the interests of code officials in the Southern California region mostly located along the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.The organization is a nonprofit, professional association of county, City, and individuals in California engaged in the development, enforcement and administration of building construction codes and ordinances. Members (both governmental and associate) are building officials, inspectors, architects, structural engineers and others interested in providing safe buildings for our communities.
